Our Practice

In short, our practice creates solutions in today’s complex world of estate planning. We help our clients create an organized plan to determine their goals, and streamline the approach to attain them. Our estate planning practice includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Financial and Health Care Powers of Attorney to effectively manage your unique circumstances. Our attorneys have broad experience in handling all forms of fiduciary litigation, including the initiation or defense of estate, trust, or guardianship litigation matters. We prepare Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (“QDROs”) for clients who have been through a divorce and are to receive a portion of their prior spouse’s retirement assets. Other services we regularly provide include assistance with the appointment of guardians, family business creation and succession planning, planning with life insurance, and charitable gift giving.
